Lending / Vaults brings curated yield and collateral to tokenized assets. Eligible, compliant
assets become collateral; curated vaults route capital to yield. **Phase 2** — this product is
on the roadmap and documented here for sequencing.

## What it will provide

* Curated vaults over eligible RWA collateral
* Compliance-gated lending positions
* Yield routing and position management

Builds on Asset Issuance (collateral), Compliance (eligibility), and Identity (verification).
