Roles & authorization

Issuer actions (deploy, NAV update, distribution, policy change) are authorized to verified signers under the issuer’s org.

Signing

Privileged actions are cryptographically signed by authorized signers; every action is recorded to the audit trail.

Role model, signer management, and multi-sig/approval detail are coming soon.
